When we put our house up for sale, the market was horrible. There were houses in our neighborhood that had been for sale for over a year. Nobody was buying. We had to sell. We recarpeted and repainted. Karen did a superb job staging our house. It had never looked so good! She has a terrific eye for detail and composition; people walked in and fell head over heels in love with the elegant, classic look she gave our house! I was on the phone with Karen a lot; I was nervous about the whole process and needed a LOT of hand holding. Karen always had time to address my concerns. When we did get a buyer, the whole process of signing the contract, inspections and closing was awful because the buyers were impossible and unreasonable. Karen was terrific.
